Hi! I’m Kate!

A fashion and jewelry designer by day… painter and illustrator by night. Inspired and influenced by the delight and wonder of fashion, art, architecture, world travel and everything in between!

After attending college, I traded paints for a pencil and paper… and Adobe Illustrator! I missed painting, but found I had less and less time or desire after some long days at work!

It wasn’t until two best friends birthday presents had me stumped… I thought back to some great times we had together out on the water, and it inspired me to pull out the watercolors again! Ever since I’ve been carrying my watercolor set and a pad of paper almost everywhere I go!

I’ve always loved creating things. Painting, drawing, sculpting and illustrating-- there is something about making art that brings out my happiest, brightest self! I am usually found with paint brush in hand at the beach… or burning the midnight oil doodling before bed!

My art is a collection of things inspired by weekend getaways, happy hours with friends, endless summers, objects I have… and some that I so wish I could afford! All the big and little things.. because no detail should be overlooked!
